💡 Route & Parking Logistics: Over 40 free overnight stays at Michi-no-Eki roadside stations form the backbone of the overland route. In major cities, we used strategic outer parking lots: Tokyo (~45 min metro to center), Kyoto (coin parking ~600 m from hotel), and Hiroshima (harbor parking with 35-min train connection).

If Mt. Fuji hides behind clouds, we simply switch to alternative, weather-independent destinations: AEON/Daiso supermarket, a relaxing onsen visit, or a museum.
